Professional, careful, efficient, honest and kind. Amy ... and Mike are very comforting and reassuring which is so nice if you are experiencing a hectic situation. They are very quick to send over quotes, and any revisions if you need. I called a few companies beforehand to inquire about removing some old water damaged areas and WeDry had fair pricing and was responsive. I am so glad I had their number handy and was able to quickly schedule them to come and address an active leaking ceiling. Amy helped calm my panic. They gave accurate times for when they would arrive. Mike and the team had great and constant communication for what would be done. Mike was always reassuring and patient. I have young kids so keeping everything safe and clean was a top priority. They take great care in setting up proper contaminants which is incredibly important. I asked a million questions, and requested a lot, never did they make me feel ridiculous or overboard. The entire team was professional, respectful and careful to keep my belongings clean from any remediation work. I am pretty versed in mold clean up procedures and their protocol is spot on.

I had a great experience with weDry Restoration. I had ... first contacted a different company due to a mold smell in one of our bedroom closets. The other company came out, seemed knowledgeable, looked around the house a little (didn’t go into the attic or do a deep inspection) and did an air mold test. The test showed high levels of Pen/Asp mold group in the master bedroom but the other company was unable to come back for almost two weeks and could not provide an exact quote until they came back. Due to my autoimmune issues and the symptoms I was having, we did not want to wait that long. That is when we contacted weDry. I was very overwhelmed due to the situation and first spoke with Amy, who was very kind and understanding. Even though she was professional, she made me feel comfortable, like I was talking to a friend instead of just a business. She was able to have someone out right away to do an inspection. When Mike came out to do the inspection, not only was he also kind and professional, he was extremely thorough. Pulling back the carpeting and padding in the closet, going up into the attic to look around, and even looking through all of the basement insulation. I was very impressed with the time and effort he put in to finding the source of the mold smell. WeDry was able to get a detailed quote back same day that showed a breakdown of every single expense so you know exactly where your money is going. I was also impressed by how quickly I would receive email responses from Amy or that she would touch base to see how I was doing. The cause of the mold ended up being due to an outside issue and our HOA stepped in to handle the repairs, using their own company. However, if Amy and Mikes work ethic are a reflection of weDry Restoration and the rest of their team and services, then I would say they are an outstanding company and believe that other companies should take a page from their book.

They explained the steps they were taking so I would un ... derstand the process. They worked with me so I could still live in my house while they were working to remove the mold. They had to shut down my kitchen and laundry room where the damage was but after a few days they made a pathway with plastic barriers so I could let my three dogs out. Mike would reach out to me every morning to let me know when they were about 30 minutes out which helped me prepare for their visit. Amy was very helpful with the communication part. She had very good communication skills with me in my insurance adjuster.

Mold remediation is not a fun experience. It is actuall ... y a super stressful process. I was so fortunate to have WeDry come out after I had another company do an inspection. I also have a neighbor who had a terrible experience with a mold remediation company. I will start off by saying that this team is respectful, clean, and extremely knowledgable. They were on time every single day even after a bad storm. They checked in frequently to keep us updated and were always accessible when we had questions. Mike came out yesterday to assess our situation with wa ... ter in the basement. We had already started remediating it ourselves with equipment from a friend but it wasn’t going well which is why we called. Mike said we were on the right track and that we probably didn’t need their services although they would be happy to help if we got into a bind. After inspecting the damage, he also said there was probably no danger of mold because of where the water was found which was a big relief. He even helped me to roll up the carpet so we could start drying the padding properly underneath with our fans. All this at no charge! This is outstanding customer service and we will definitely use them again and refer them out to our friends!
