Do not hire WeDry Restoration. Mold, remediation compan ... ies must present and prove that they have a New York State license to perform the work if they don’t they are operating an illegal business. I asked the company to provide proof of license. They have not responded. I was not aware that a license was required. The landlord who also hired him for only the bathroom not sure if she was aware. I left the apartment as one is supposed to do for three days while the remediation was underway. During this time I had to rely on text and phone calls to make sure that certain things were ok in the apartment. As the job “progressed” contact with Aneal became less and less as he was increasingly less responsive. At one point he said to stop asking. “silly” questions. Not one question was silly. When you’re spending over big money for services you want to be in contact with the company. Aneal had no office representative to answer any questions about payments invoices contracts agreements nothing. You either get him or no one. I became increasingly uneasy. He promised to clean the bathroom vent the fresh air intake duct and he never did all he did was spray a chemical that removes mold and mildew stains called CLR which left an acrid horrible smell. he used it all over the apartment to wipe things down, and I can’t get the smell out. It’s really awful even my expensive air filter could not remove the smell and in fact it destroyed the filter which you don’t have to replace more than every five years. Filter company agreed to replace it for half price and they were surprised that the filter was ruined . It’s a very expensive machine. He also put a dent in the finish and I just received the unit in August. It was pristine Somebody was sloppy. Aneal told me that when I come back to the apartment everything was going to be back in place just as it was and that the apartment would look and smell so fresh that it would be the cleanest air I would ever see in all the years that I’ve been living in that apartment. This was not the case I walked in and the smell was acrid. It was pervasive it was in everything all over my furniture, clothes, my glass windows. It smells so bad. I couldn’t get the smell out. I still can’t get the smell out. It permeated everything the product it’s called CLR mold and mildew stain remover. He didn’t even use spore removing chemical in the bathroom. He wiped this stuff all over the tiles. He sprayed it into a vent that he was supposed to clean out, he never cleaned out the vent that was most likely the source of the mold spores when I asked him why ? he said well that would be a big job to remove the grill over it because it had so much layers of paint. Well that’s true not from me from previous tenants but that is where the mold spores had to come from because my bathroom was very clean and he wiped this product all over and sprayed it up into the vent and a post remediation inspection, which I got from a different company that I respect it showed that the bathroom and main room also continued to have elevated spores. The rest of the apartment was not properly remediated either. He end up using a product that I can’t get the smell out. He would not be available when I called or texted basically told me to stop texting or calling. He disappeared after that when in fact he is supposed to return after post remediation inspection if spores are still left at an elevated level he is supposed to finish the job. He wasn’t taking my calls. He also fabricated a survey that I never filled out giving him a 10 out of 10 review saying that I thought his service was great and that I would recommend him to friends that is an absolute lie. He actually fabricated a survey that I never took never signed. I never stated that I thought he was a good company and that I recommended him to friends that never happened. I took no such survey Neil runs a one-man operation that’s what it seems. He’s running all over trying to do as many jobs in a week as possible like a chicken without a head. Entirely unprofessional. Rip off.

weDRY responded quickly, when I called, and came to the ... house when I couldn’t even get a call back from another “Serv”ice company. Vincent was professional and helpful. His crew spent a few weeks at our house, completing sanitation and disinfection, removing flood-damaged walls. Following, when mold was found, we also hired them for the mold remediation process. Their crew was communicative, timely, professional, and friendly. I would highly recommend weDRY to family and friends!

You never "want" to call a company such as Wedry but if ... you have a problem, This is the company you "NEED" for the project. The company shows up as a Team & operates as a TEAM. Even the new hires perform with accuracy. Due to the severity of my project I got to know them well and treated them as family 🤭. I'm kind of sad to see them go! Very punctual and professional. All furniture was move ... to basement in very systematic fashion. Draws were remove and placed on risers on top of plastic. Everyone was friendly and accommodating to my needs. Every procedure was explain in simple terms and all questions were answered. The we dry protocol was followed throughout process. I would recommend them to others. I took a video of family room and everything was covered very well also. I would say they went beyond my expectations.

So thankful to Vincent and his team who had to come out ... and help me during two back to back floods in my basement during these unprecedented rainfalls. Vincent was on the phone with me at 10 o’clock at night when I called him panicking because the flooding started again and all his equipment was going to be damaged. I'll be adding some photos later. I would just like to ... state how wonderful this company is for being there for my family at a critical time in our lives. Not only did they offer to complete a dirty and nasty job for us but also offered to start immediately in which I politely declined because of the holiday. Everybody should get a holiday off. The owner is beyond helpful and thoughtful. He's also knowledgeable in handling insurance claims so that you don't need to stress about how to submit paperwork and so forth. That probably was the biggest help of all. The job was completed in 1 day and there was absolutely no mess left over. No more smell either. Their prices are very fair with today's market. I would recommend their services to family and friends. They also remained in contact with me throughout the entire process.
